- Please fill out our criteria form, for properties to locate, 3 bed, 2 bath, price range, area, year, etc, wants and needs. We will also need your pre-approval letter from your lender and proof of funds, cash buyers must send proof of funds as well, once we receive your documents we will setup your profile and criteria search on our system.
- Please send in, PDF format only, we will notify you as soon as we receive your pre-approval and proof of funds. If you have any questions on how our system works please contact us or review below.

Overview on how our Investment System works,
You will find many helpful tools on our system, you can be assured that our team will work hard for you, and find you the best deals out there for your investment properties.
Once you Sign up with our investor group, you will be notified for pocket listings that are not on the MLS, and investor fall outs, what are fall outs, properties that were purchase by my investors or partners, and can not be funded for purchase or rehab, and must be re-listed on the MLS, we will notify you when a fall out has come back to our system, and up for send out, to all investors. We also have re-list properties, what are re-list properties, re-list are properties that you can be purchase that do not need rehab and can be re-listed on our investor package system, when you sign up with our investor group you will save on re-list properties and save on our listing investor packages. Investor package will be sent to you after sign up.
Properties that we work with, Active MLS properties, Short Sale properties, Bank owned properties, pocket listings not on the MLS, Investor fall outs, Re-list properties and hold properties for rental investment. You will only receive properties setup on your criteria search, or you may ask for any properties that we work with. Foreclosure properties must be bank owned for purchase, we do not purchase properties from the auction courthouse steps. Areas that we cover, Tri-Valley 580 to 680, Livermore homes, Dublin homes, Pleasanton homes, San Ramon homes, Danville homes, Blackhawk Homes, Alamo Homes and Tracy Homes for sale. If there is an area that you do not see on our list, please ask for the area that you need homes for sale in.
And for short sales, our In house short sale negotiator will be working on all your offers, our short sale staff will make sure that your offer is on the right track, and will give you updates from start to finish.
We will also market your listings for sale, with our in house graphic designers and online marketing specialist team, you will receive a custom website just for your listing, and a Craigslist clickable flyer, and your listing will get quick exposure to Internet and social networks, and a professional presence, right from the start.
You will also have access to our online team for marketing other listings that you have listed with other companies, please contact us for more information on these services.
