The median price of the 50 single-family homes that were listed for sale over the summer in Atherton 94027 is $6.67 million, making it the most expensive ZIP code in America.
Forbes compiled its annual list of America’s most expensive zip codes with the help of Altos Research, based on single family home and condo list price data for more than 20,000 ZIP codes across a 90-day period through September.
